| 4 | oz | Boar's Head Tavern Ham, Sliced |
| 2 | oz | Boar's Head Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeño, Sliced |
| 5 | oz | Spinach |
| 1 | tsp | Cooking Spray |
| 1 | oz | Egg |
| 1 | Jalapeņo Pepper Cornbread |
- Cut a small square of cornbread and plate. Spray a saute pan with cooking spray and toss spinach over medium heat until wilted.
- Add spinach to cornbread and top with jalapeno cheese and ham.
- Fry egg over medium-high heat. Place egg on top of ham and serve.
