Tavern Ham on Cornbread Topped with Egg

  • Cut a small square of cornbread and plate. Spray a saute pan with cooking spray and toss spinach over medium heat until wilted.
  • Add spinach to cornbread and top with jalapeno cheese and ham.
  • Fry egg over medium-high heat. Place egg on top of ham and serve.
