Tavern Ham on Cornbread Topped with Egg

Ingredients

4	oz	Boar's Head Tavern Ham, Sliced
2	oz	Boar's Head Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeño, Sliced
5	oz	Spinach
1	tsp	Cooking Spray
1	oz	Egg
1		Jalape�o Pepper Cornbread

Directions

Cut a small square of cornbread and plate. Spray a saute pan with cooking spray and toss spinach over medium heat until wilted.
Add spinach to cornbread and top with jalapeno cheese and ham.
Fry egg over medium-high heat. Place egg on top of ham and serve.
