| 3 | oz | Nova Scotia Salmon |
| 3 | oz | Boar's Head Cream Havarti Cheese with Dill, Sliced |
| 1 | tsp | Capers |
| 3 | oz | Egg Beaters |
| 1 | Sesame Seed Bagel |
- Slice bagel and toast if desired.
- Place cheese on bottom half of bagel and set aside. Prepare saute pan with cooking spray and over medium heat scramble the eggs.
- Top the bagel with eggs, salmon and capers and serve.
