| 2 | oz | Boar's Head Sweet SliceŽ Smoked Ham, Julienne |
| 1 | oz | Boar's Head Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded |
| 1 | oz | Green Bell Peppers |
| 1 | oz | Vidalia Onion, Sauteed |
| ½ | tsp | Canola Oil |
| 3 | oz | Egg Beaters |
| 1 | oz | Mushrooms, Sauteed |
| 4 | oz | Salsa, Chunky |
| 1 | Tomato Wrap |
- Lay wrap on clean flat work surface. Saute onions and peppers in oil over medium heat until tender. Add mushrooms and saute for an additional minute. Turn off heat, add ham and toss to warm the ham. Set aside.
- Scramble eggs over medium high heat.
- Layering ingredients as you would on a pizza, add cheese, egg, onions, mushrooms and ham onto the wrap. Drizzle with desired amount of salsa and roll tightly. Serve warm.
