- Slice the loaf in half and place the bottom half on a clean work surface. Add ingredients in the following order:
- ½ of the Vinaigrette
- Arugula
- ½ of the Provolone Cheese
- Cappocollo
- Grilled Onions
- Salame
- Ham
- rest of the Provolone
- rest of the Vinaigrette
- Crown with the top half of the Loaf.
