| 5 | oz | Boar's Head Blazing Buffalo Style Chicken Breast, Julienne |
| 1 | oz | Boar's Head Blue Cheese, Crumbled |
| 1 | oz | Carrot, Shredded |
| 1 | oz | Celery, Finely Diced |
| 1 | oz | Butter, Softened |
| ¼ | oz | Hot Wing Sauce |
| 2 | oz | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | oz | Scallions, Finely Diced |
| 2 | slices | Texas Toast, Grilled |
- Butter one side of each piece of Texas Toast and grill on flat top or in a toaster oven until golden brown.
- Whisk the Mayonnaise and Hot Wing sauce together in a medium size bowl.
- Add the Blazing Buffalo Chicken, Carrots, Celery, Scallions, and Blue Cheese Crumbles.
- Toss lightly until all ingredients are coated.
- Place one of the pieces of toast on a clean, flat surface and layer the Chicken Salad on top.
- Crown the sandwich with the other piece of toast.
