| 4 | oz | Boar's Head 1st Cut Corned Beef Brisket, Thinly Sliced |
| 2 | oz | Boar's Head Gold Label Imported Swiss Cheese, Sliced |
| 2 | oz | Boar's Head Sauerkraut, Drained |
| Caraway Seeds, Optional | ||
| 2 | oz | Thousand Island Dressing |
| 2 | slices | Rye |
| 1 | oz | Butter, unsalted, Softened |
- Makes one sandwich.
- Butter one side of each slice of rye bread and place one slice of the bread buttered side down on a flat surface.
- Add ingredients in the following order:
- 1oz. of Thousand Island Dressing, Corned Beef, Sauerkraut (with optional caraway seeds added if desired), Gold Label Swiss cheese, and an additional 1 oz. of Thousand Island dressing. Crown the sandwich with the remaining slice of rye, buttered side up.
- Preheat a sauté pan over medium-high heat and heat sandwich approximately 3 minutes on each side until the bread is golden brown and the ingredients are heated through.
