| 9 | oz | Boar's Head Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast, Diced |
| ½ | cup | Celery, Diced |
| 1 | large | Granny Smith Apple, Diced |
| Black Pepper, To Taste | ||
| 2 | tbsp | Dried Cranberries |
| ¾ | cup | Grapes, White seedless, Halved |
| 1½ | tsp | Honey |
| ½ | tsp | Lemon Juice |
| ¼ | cup | Mayonnaise, Light |
| 2 | tbsp | Walnuts, Chopped |
- Combine pasta, chicken, grapes, apples, celery, cranberries and walnuts in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey and lemon juice. Pour the mayonnaise dressing over the chicken-pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly. Cover and chill before serving.
- Makes 6 servings. Serving size: approximately 1 cup.
