Pasta Waldorf Salad with Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast

9 oz Boar's Head Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast, Diced
½ cup Celery, Diced
1 large Granny Smith Apple, Diced
Black Pepper, To Taste
2 tbsp Dried Cranberries
¾ cup Grapes, White seedless, Halved
tsp Honey
½ tsp Lemon Juice
¼ cup Mayonnaise, Light
2 tbsp Walnuts, Chopped
Directions Directions
  • Combine pasta, chicken, grapes, apples, celery, cranberries and walnuts in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey and lemon juice. Pour the mayonnaise dressing over the chicken-pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly. Cover and chill before serving.
  • Makes 6 servings. Serving size: approximately 1 cup.
