Ovengold® Panini
Ingredients Ingredients
4 oz Boar's Head Ovengold® Turkey Breast, Sliced
1 oz Boar's Head Picante Provolone Cheese, Sliced
½ small Green Bell Peppers, Sliced
½ small Red Peppers, Sliced
½ small Sweet Onion, Sliced
½ tsp Garlic Cloves, Chopped
1 tsp Olive Oil
Oregano, To Taste
Salt & Pepper, To Taste
2 slices Crusty Italian Bread
Directions Directions
Sauté onion, peppers and garlic in olive oil until barely wilted. Season with salt , pepper and oregano. Remove from heat. Place Ovengold on bread, top with sautéed veggies and sliced Provolone. Spray Panini press with non-stick spray and grill until golden brown or cheese is melted.
