| 4 | oz | Boar's Head Ovengold® Turkey Breast, Sliced |
| 1 | oz | Boar's Head Picante Provolone Cheese, Sliced |
| ½ | small | Green Bell Peppers, Sliced |
| ½ | small | Red Peppers, Sliced |
| ½ | small | Sweet Onion, Sliced |
| ½ | tsp | Garlic Cloves, Chopped |
| 1 | tsp | Olive Oil |
| Oregano, To Taste | ||
| Salt & Pepper, To Taste | ||
| 2 | slices | Crusty Italian Bread |
Sauté onion, peppers and garlic in olive oil until barely wilted. Season with salt , pepper and oregano. Remove from heat. Place Ovengold on bread, top with sautéed veggies and sliced Provolone. Spray Panini press with non-stick spray and grill until golden brown or cheese is melted.
