| 1 | oz | Boar's Head Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeño, Sliced |

| ½ | oz | Green Onion, Finely Chopped |
| 2 | Egg, Scrambled | |
| 1 | Pita Pocket |
Prepare all ingredients. Cook bacon according to package directions. Scramble eggs. Once all ingredients are ready, cut pita bread in half to form a pocket, add ingredients and serve.
