100 Calorie Snack- Feta Cheese Dip with Veggies & Pita

This flavorful one made with Boar’s Head Feta Cheese, low-fat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic, spices and spinach is a low-cal and fat way to appease your appetite. Fresh bell peppers and cucumbers are filling and satisfy that need for an in-between-meal crunch.

  • Process the Feta, cream cheese, yogurt, garlic, dill and black pepper in a food processor. Add the chopped spinach and blend well. Cut cucumber and bell pepper into sticks for dipping. Slice pita breads into triangle shapes just before serving.
