This flavorful one made with Boar’s Head Feta Cheese, low-fat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic, spices and spinach is a low-cal and fat way to appease your appetite. Fresh bell peppers and cucumbers are filling and satisfy that need for an in-between-meal crunch.

| 2 | cups | Fresh Baby Spinach, Chopped |
| 1 | Red Peppers, Long Thin Strips | |
| Black Pepper, To Taste | ||
| 2 | Whole Wheat Pita | |
| 4 | oz | Cream cheese, low-fat whipped |
| 1 | tsp | Dill, dried |
| 1 | Garlic Cloves, Crushed | |
| 6 | oz | Greek Yogurt, non-fat |
- Process the Feta, cream cheese, yogurt, garlic, dill and black pepper in a food processor. Add the chopped spinach and blend well. Cut cucumber and bell pepper into sticks for dipping. Slice pita breads into triangle shapes just before serving.
