Grilled Italian Roasted Ham, Gouda, Picante Provolone & Sopressata Sandwich

4 oz Boar's Head Sopresatta, Sliced
3 oz Boar's Head Gouda Cheese, Sliced
4 oz Boar's Head Picante Provolone Cheese, Sliced
1 cup Boston Lettuce
3 tbsp Capers, Finely Chopped
3 tbsp Green Olives, Finely Chopped, Pitted
3 tbsp Pepperoncini, Minced
3 tbsp Butter, Softened
½ cup Olive Oil
8 slices Sourdough Bread
4 oz Boar's Head Italian Roasted Ham
Directions Directions
  • Whisk the olive oil, white wine vinegar, shallot and oregano together, set aside.
  • Mix olives, capers and pepperoncini together in a small bowl, set aside.
  • Place the bottom half of the bread on a clean, flat work surface and layer the ingredients in the following order evenly on the bread:
  • Picante Provolone
  • Sopressata
  • Gouda
  • Roasted Ham
  • Olive relish
  • Top with the remaining piece of bread, butter the top and bottom of the bread. Place sandwich in a medium hot skillet and using another skillet, press the sandwich to compact slightly. Cook about 5 minutes or until golden and bubble.
  • Remove from skillet and lift off bread top, layer the Slicing Gouda, Boston lettuce and dressing. Press top back on and cut in quarters.
  • Makes 4 servings.
