| 4 | oz | Boar's Head Sopresatta, Sliced |
| 3 | oz | Boar's Head Gouda Cheese, Sliced |
| 4 | oz | Boar's Head Picante Provolone Cheese, Sliced |
| 1 | cup | Boston Lettuce |
| 3 | tbsp | Capers, Finely Chopped |
| 3 | tbsp | Green Olives, Finely Chopped, Pitted |
| 3 | tbsp | Pepperoncini, Minced |
| 3 | tbsp | Butter, Softened |
| ½ | cup | Olive Oil |
| 8 | slices | Sourdough Bread |
| 4 | oz | Boar's Head Italian Roasted Ham |
- Whisk the olive oil, white wine vinegar, shallot and oregano together, set aside.
- Mix olives, capers and pepperoncini together in a small bowl, set aside.
- Place the bottom half of the bread on a clean, flat work surface and layer the ingredients in the following order evenly on the bread:
- Picante Provolone
- Sopressata
- Gouda
- Roasted Ham
- Olive relish
- Top with the remaining piece of bread, butter the top and bottom of the bread. Place sandwich in a medium hot skillet and using another skillet, press the sandwich to compact slightly. Cook about 5 minutes or until golden and bubble.
- Remove from skillet and lift off bread top, layer the Slicing Gouda, Boston lettuce and dressing. Press top back on and cut in quarters.
- Makes 4 servings.
