| 1 | dash | Boar's Head Jalapeno Pepper Sauce |
| 3 | Egg | |
| 2 | tbsp | Olive Oil |
| Salt & Pepper, To Taste | ||
| ¼ | cup | Boar's Head Manchego Cheese, Shredded |
| 2 | slices | Boar's Head Serrano Ham, Thinly Sliced |
| 1 | tsp | Chives, Chopped Coarsely |
| ¼ | cup | Water |
- Over medium heat, crisp Serrano ham bits and set aside. Crack three eggs into a small bowl. With skillet on medium low heat add olive oil to the pan. Once it becomes hot add the eggs all at once. Add water to the pan.
- Add back to the eggs the Serrano ham. Sprinkle with cheese, chives, salt and pepper and a dash of your favorite hot chili sauce.
- Remove from heat when the whites are cooked. Serve with dipping bread if desired.
