| ¼ | lb | Boar's Head Pancetta, Diced |
| 1 | lb | Cream Cheese, Softened |
| ½ | cup | Green Bell Peppers, Chopped Finely |
| 3 | oz | Green Chili Peppers, Chopped Finely |
| ½ | cup | Yellow Onion, Chopped Finely |
| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| ¼ | tsp | Garlic Salt |
| ¼ | tsp | Seasoned Salt |
| 1 | tbsp | Lemon Juice |
- Brown Pancetta in a saute pan until crispy, drain and set aside.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy and mix in remaining ingredients. Form mixture into a log or ball shape by placing the mixture on plastic wrap and shaping. Keep covered and chill for six hours.
- Unwrap log/roll and plate just before serving. Garnish and serve with assorted crackers.
- Yield: 4 cups
