| 1½ | lbs | Boar's Head Blazing Buffalo Style Chicken Breast, Diced |
| 6 | oz | Celery, Chopped |
| 6 | oz | Yellow Onion, Chopped |
| 1½ | oz | Boar's Head Delicatessen Style Mustard |
| 3½ | oz | Buffalo Wing Sauce |
| 6 | oz | Mayonnaise |
| 1½ | oz | Scallions, Sliced |
| 2¼ | tsp | Hungarian Paprika |
| 2¼ | tsp | Kosher Salt |
- Dice chicken into ½ pieces.
- Dice celery, yellow onion, and scallions
- Place in large mixing bowl
- In a seperate bowl, mix Mayonnaise, Wing Sauce, Paprika, mustard, and salt, until well mixed
- Pour dressing over chicken and vegetables and mix well
