Turkey Chutney Salad



  • 2/3 cup mayonaise
  • ¼ cup prepared fruit chutney (mango, peach, or melon)
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • ½ tsb ground cinammon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1¾ lb Boar's Head Ovengold® Turkey Breast, diced
  • 1 tart apple (peeled, cored, and diced)
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 cup seedless grapes (sliced in half)

  • To make dressing, combine in small glass bowl mayonnaise, fruit chutney, lime juice and spices. In large glass bowl combine all other ingredients, then gently toss with dressing until well coated. Chill and serve on a bed of lettuce.
