
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 slices Boar's Head Sweet Slice Boneless Smoked Ham, sliced 1/4" to 3/8" thick

- Combine pineapple juice and bourbon in small bowl. Brush sauce onto ham steaks. Grill over medium-hot fire for 10 minutes on each side, or until browned to your liking.
