- 1 box frozen broccoli spears
- 2 cups cubed Boar's Head Sweet Slice® Smoked Ham
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- ¼ Tsp. salt
- ¼ Tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 Tsp. flour
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup Boar's Head American or Boar's Head Cheddar Cheese
- Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions. Drain. Place broccoli and ham in oven proof dish.

- Make sauce by melting butter over low heat in small sauce pan and adding salt, nutmeg and flour, stirring constantly until blended. Add milk and continue stirring. When sauce thickens, add cheese and stir until cheese melts and sauce is smooth.

- Pour cheese sauce over ham and broccoli, coating well. Bake uncovered in 350°F oven for 20 minutes.

- Serve alone or over biscuits.
