- 2 lbs. small red potatoes, scrubbed
- 1/2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1" pieces
- 1 cup frozen tiny peas, thawed
- 4 oz. Boar's Head Branded Deluxe Ham, cut into 1/4 " strips
- 4 oz. Boar's Head American cheese, cut into 1/2 " cubes
- 1/3 cup roasted peppers, drained and chopped
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup prepared Honey Dijon dressing
- In medium saucepan cover potatoes with water. Bring to a boil, and cook for about 10 minutes, or until potatoes are almost tender. Drain potatoes and let cool. In a separate saucepan, cook green beans for 5 minutes, or until beans are tender and slightly crisp, drain and set aside. Add beans, peas, Branded Deluxe Ham and American Cheese with remaining ingredients. Cut cooled potatoes into quarters and place in large bowl. Toss well to combine.
